Jeremy’s Creek was named in honor of Jeremy Marti, or J-Dawg as you’ll come to know him. J-Dawg has been playing golf since he was two years old. Not only can he drive the ball for show, but his short game is on point, too!
Never one to meet a stranger, Jeremy has been blessed with the ability to make those around him feel special. Quick with a smile and a golf tip, you can find J-Dawg working Jeremy’s Creek during the morning and playing the course in the afternoon. Founded by Jerry Marti and Jeremy “J-Dawg” Marti, Jeremy’s Creek was born off a passion for the game of golf and a love for the Lamar community. Once a private golf course marked for demolition, Jeremy’s Creek has been fantastically transformed into a nine-hole course that welcomes golfers of all skill levels.
